We are Professional Interim Innkeepers who will care for your Inn as if it were our own. Both Susan and Jim have extensive business management backgrounds and have run their own businesses for many years. Susan is the "Queen of Presentation" and both Susan & Jim are excellent preparers of scrumptious full breakfast menus. We have had training and are certified in CPR, Basic First Aid, AED, Professional Food Management and ServSafe. We are both PAII Certified Interim Innkeepers and members of PAII & NCBBI. We have been in business since 2000. We are capable of handling several reservation software packages and are proficient in many personal computer software applications. We love the aspect of getting to know your guests and have upon many occasions become good friends with the wonderful people we have met. Our desire is that you return to your Bed & Breakfast to a flood of great comments from your guests that have inhabited your home in your absence. So far, we have not failed. We pride ourselves in the positive reactions we have received from guests and upon the knowledge that we have presented ourselves (and your Bed & Breakfast) in the most professional, yet casual and friendly manner. Susan & Jim both LOVE to cook! We have dozens of recipes that we present to your guests. We are cognizant of the fact that there may, upon occasion, be dietary restrictions and we are prepared to adjust accordingly. We recognize that there is far more to running your business than just preparing good breakfasts. We are professionals and are able to deal with any circumstanes that may arise. Our telephone skills are excellent as well as our communication skills.
